| The revised appeal situation is that the developers have appealed the second application for 440 houses with the Planning Inspectorate together with the 2 applications for the swing bridge. The Public Inquiry is to be held in Shipley Town Hall on 21st February 2012. If you wish to lodge objections details will be posted on our FAQ page together with reasons why you should do so. |
